Review - From The Jam. Liverpool Academy
>
Don’t let the name fool you, it may sound like your typical tribute band cashing in on former glories of a group that no longer tours but From The Jam are hardly a tribute act. With Bruce Foxton powering through chords and riffs that made him and the rest of the Jam one of the top acts of their day this in no way called a tribute act.
Review - From The Jam, Pyramids Centre
>
What Paul Weller didn't deliver the night before at Portsmouth's Guildhall, Bognor Regis' Russell Hastings delivered in spades at the Pyramids Centre – an hour and a half of the crashing brilliance of The Jam.
Review - MR Kyps, Poole 1st August

From the Jam/Ed Tudor Pole- MR Kyps, Poole 1st August 2009
Tonight is probably one of the biggest gigs Mr Kyps has put on since they 1st opened, the sign on the door said "sold out" which mean the full capacity of 300 is here for tonight's intimate show.
Review - Sheffield Carling Academy
>
Venue: Sheffield Carling Academy. This place is one of the best venues around and now it's been open a while it's started to get that lived in feeling, like it's getting a bit of history. In fact you can now stick to the carpets and to be honest that's one of the marks of a good venue to us!

The devotee is much in evidence in the crowd on From The Jam – A First Class Return (IHM). Incredibly, Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler have managed to make their Jam comeback without you know who a dignified and exhilarating event, by employing Dave Moore (who handles all the albums’ overdubbed stuff) and, as front man, Russell Hastings, formerly of tribute act The Gift, who does an uncanny impression of Weller without resorting to a ferocious stage presence and erupting hairstyle.
